This Privacy Policy explains how Loktej, owned and operated by Taptilok Publication, handles information related to readers of the Loktej app and website.

Information We May Collect:
The Loktej app may use an anonymous reader profile to remember basic app preferences such as read history, selected categories, dismissed notices and notification preference. This helps improve the reading experience without requiring mandatory reader login.

Notifications:
If you choose to enable notifications, the app may store a notification token generated through Firebase Cloud Messaging or a similar notification service. This token is used only to send news alerts and app-related notifications. You can disable notifications from your browser, device settings or app notification settings.

Read History and Preferences:
The app may store anonymous read history and category preferences to show relevant content and avoid repeatedly showing the same items. These records are linked to an anonymous reader identifier, not a mandatory login account.

Delete Your Data:
You can delete the anonymous reader data linked to your current browser or device through the Delete Your Data page:

This deletes the anonymous reader profile data linked with the current browser/device, such as read history, selected category preferences, dismissed notices and notification preference stored by the app. If you have a separate privacy request, you may also contact us at editor@loktej.com.

Logs and Technical Data:
We may store basic technical logs required for security, debugging, notification delivery status, app performance and system maintenance.

Advertising and Third-Party Services:
Loktej may display private advertisements, Google AdSense, Google AdMob or other advertising services. These third-party services may use cookies, device identifiers or similar technologies according to their own policies. Loktej does not control third-party ad network data practices.

Payments:
Loktej does not currently collect subscription payments or paid reader payments through the app. If paid services are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated before such services are used.

Data Sharing:
We do not sell reader personal data to advertisers. Information may be processed by service providers required for hosting, notifications, analytics, security or ad delivery, subject to applicable laws and their service terms.

If you believe any published text, image, video or information requires correction, proper credit or removal, please contact us at editor@loktej.com. We will review the request and take appropriate action.
